Massage has been used for centuries across all cultures for reducing stress and increasing the relaxation response, reducing pain, muscle soreness and tension, improving circulation, improving mood, energy and alertness, lowering heart rate and blood pressure, connecting with the energetic body, improving immune function and enhancing one’s overall quality of life.

Massage is often sought out for specific low, mid, upper back and neck pain, trouble sleeping, nerve impingements, headaches, fibromyalgia, soft tissue injuries, TMJ pain, carpal tunnel/TOS, sciatica issues, chronic tension, anxiety, and depression relief.

I typically use a blend of classic Swedish massage and myofascial release techniques at a slow and steady pace to relax body and mind, create spaciousness and fluidity in the tissues, and engage your nervous system to let go of full body tension. Other modalities I offer are:
