Massage has been used for centuries across all cultures for reducing stress and increasing the relaxation response, reducing pain, muscle soreness and tension, improving circulation, improving mood, energy and alertness, lowering heart rate and blood pressure, connecting with the energetic body, improving immune function and enhancing one’s overall quality of life. Massage is often sought out for specific low, mid, upper back and neck pain, trouble sleeping, nerve impingements, headaches, fibromyalgia, soft tissue injuries, TMJ pain, carpal tunnel/TOS, sciatica issues, chronic tension, anxiety, and depression relief. I specialize in dramatic stress-reduction.
Holistic Skincare
Holistic skincare means feeding your skin nutrition and love. Just as you feed your body internally when you take in food, your skin absorbs much of what you put on it! So, we offer your skin: nutrition through plant-based ingredients for nourishment, therapeutic deep tissue face massage to release tension patterns and increase circulation to your skin, and we discuss self-acceptance, selfcare, and self-appreciation as a pathway to radiant skin. True beauty and radiance will never exclusively come from a bottle or a procedure. Beauty and radiance come primarily from within and from what we feed our bodies. Beauty and radiance is cultivated by: how you truly feel about yourself and your body at the deepest levels, how you think about and treat your body on a daily basis, your ability and willingness to accept yourself just as you were created, and your willingness to take action and partner with your body instead of being against it.
Reiki
Reiki is energy healing. Energy healing comes from the universe/God directly. A reiki session is completely silent. I place my hands over your body and allow myself to be the channel for more energy to move into and through you. A Reiki session lasts a hour and is safe for everyone to receive.
