Mindfulness Yoga is slow and still.

Yoga is the art and science of self-study. In Mindfulness Yoga, the emphasis is on paying attention moment-to-moment to your embodied experience. We will practice developing a calm and reflective mind using simple poses and breathwork, sound bowls, quiet and stillness.  
My classes are small group, no more than 6 people, which provides you with individual attention and a focused environment to practice deeply.

Current Weekly Offering:

Starting October 4th- Living Yoga - A 22 week Series working through the Yamas and Niyamas of Yoga.

Each Week we will discuss one topic and have a brief Q &A, meditate with sound bowls, and do a short physical practice. This is ideal for the novice and the person who has been practicing Yoga for some time.

Limited to 6 people per class, Friday evenings at 6:30pm October 4th - March 14th.

Recommended to bring your own mat and cushion/pillow.

Classes are by appointment only through the online booking portal.

Sound bowls speak directly to our cells and energy field. They are powerful tools that take us out of our thinking mind and into our sensing body and observational mind.

They are known to induce an immediate calming effect thereby reducing stress, anxiety and negative thoughts which make us physically ill when we are perpetually in that state. They are also specifically known to improve concentration, reduce blood pressure, stimulate life force energy in our body, harmonize our energy centers, heighten intuition and perception of our inner and outer worlds, synchronize our brain hemispheres, and enhance our creativity!
